By accessing and using the John Claude Painting website and services, you accept these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please discontinue use.

Services

John Claude Painting provides residential and commercial painting services in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, including interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, stucco painting and repair, and commercial/industrial coatings.

Estimates and Contracts

Free estimates are provided without obligation. All painting services are performed under a separate written contract that specifies scope, materials, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty. The written contract takes precedence over any website information or verbal statements.

Licensing and Insurance

John Claude Painting is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) and carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation. License number and certificate of insurance are provided on request.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each written contract and typically include a deposit at signing and balance at punch-list completion. We accept check, credit card (processing fee may apply), and ACH transfer.

Warranty

Workmanship warranty terms vary by service type and are written into each contract. Typical terms:

• Interior painting: 2 years workmanship
• Exterior acrylic: 5 years workmanship
• Exterior elastomeric: 5-10 years depending on product
• Cabinet refinishing: 3 years workmanship

Warranties cover workmanship defects. Product warranties are covered by the paint manufacturer under their terms. Warranties do not cover damage from unauthorized alteration, neglect, or acts of nature.
